Order & Product Support
For faster service, include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or video may be requested for defect, fitment, shipping-damage, or technical-support claims.
Returns & Defects
Air guns are final sale. Eligible less-lethal launchers, paintball markers, and other air-powered launchers must have suspected manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of confirmed carrier delivery. A timely report does not automatically guarantee a refund. See the Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies for complete terms.
Legal & Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that products are lawful in their location and compatible with their intended launcher, pressure source, projectile, fitting, or accessory before use.
