AR Tactical Warranty Policy

 

Limited Warranty

 

At AR Tactical, we take pride in offering high-quality products and providing knowledgeable customer support. Due to the specialized nature of less-lethal equipment and high-pressure air systems, warranty coverage is limited to verified manufacturing defects on new, unmodified products.

 

A product may be considered for warranty only if:

 

• It is in its original, factory condition.

• The defect is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

• The issue is reported promptly after delivery.

• The product has not been installed, modified, tuned, altered, or subjected to misuse.

 

No Warranty on Performance or Modified Products

 

Many products sold by AR Tactical are intended for performance enhancement or customization.

 

Because modifications, tuning, high-pressure air systems (HPA), CO₂ systems, aftermarket components, ammunition selection, regulator pressure, and installation methods all affect reliability and service life, AR Tactical does not provide warranty coverage on any product that has been installed, modified, tuned, fired, or used.

 

Performance parts are sold as-is once installed or used.

 

Warranty Does Not Cover

 

Warranty coverage does not include damage or failures resulting from:

 

• Installation or removal

• Customer modifications

• Aftermarket parts

• Improper assembly

• Incorrect regulator pressure

• HPA or CO₂ misuse

• Incompatible projectiles or accessories

• Improper maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage after delivery

• Abuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper operation

 

Manufacturer Warranty

 

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, AR Tactical will gladly assist customers in contacting the manufacturer; however, all warranty decisions remain solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.

 

Defective Products Upon Arrival

 

If you believe you received a defective product directly out of the box, contact AR Tactical before attempting installation, modification, or use.

 

We may request:

 

• Order number

• Photos

• Video of the issue

• Serial number (if applicable)

• Description of the problem

 

Products showing signs of installation, modification, or use may not qualify for warranty evaluation.

 

Our Commitment

 

While our warranty policy is intentionally limited due to the demanding nature of the products we sell, our commitment to customer service is not.

 

Even if your issue falls outside warranty coverage, we’ll do our best to help troubleshoot the problem, identify replacement parts when available, and provide technical guidance to get you back up and running.
